What was the highlight of Miami Heat Beach Resort

Not a properly well-managed beach front hotel.

The property is beach front. There are several swimming pools.

The property isn’t well-maintained. The pools are not open to all. Service is bad, no one was manning the reception area when we arrived. Restaurant service is slow. The hallways are all wet. On our 2nd night, there was a company outing. Areas where we can eat are limited and noise should have been limited by 9pm.

What was the highlight of Miami Heat Beach Resort

Need Improvement.

The beach itself is nice. Place looks modern from the outside. There were a lot of pools to choose from, but since it was crowded, we didn't get to enjoy it that much.

Food - The food wasn't great at all. Not because it was pricey. I really expected resort meals to be pricey so I wasn't too worried about that. But the quality of the food is just . You won't get what you paid for. They also said they had a "buffet" for breakfast the next morning. They only served stale corned beef, egg, fried rice and coffee. How was that a buffet? Rooms and Pool - The room we had was awful, old and dirty. There were lots of pools to choose from but some of them weren't that clean. I was actually considering upgrading to a different room but after the awful food and service, spending more here wouldn't be worth it. I'd rather go all out somewhere else. Wifi and signal -If you're wfh, you wouldn't be able to work here. The wifi and data don't work inside the rooms. You have to stay in their resto, but there was a time where even the wifi at the resto itself wasn't working at all. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this to couples who just want to chill out and have some privacy. There were groups and families and it was very crowded. Even if crowds don't bother you, the rooms were not comfy and the food isn't great. All you have is the beach and the view. You're better off spending somewhere else. I really hope this place improves the quality of their rooms and food. The potential is there since the outside looks good. They really just have to provide better service.

Good

Nice view of the sea from the room. There were many pools to choose from. Beach was clean & with LIFEGUARD. Staff were courteous. Food was tasty.

Too many people. Room had no mini ref. The remote control of the air con was not left in the room. Parking was always full and the alternate parking is too far away.

What was the highlight of Miami Heat Beach Resort

Despite the failed resort facilities expectations, what mattered is the happy family bonding.

1. Staff are courteous and friendly. I commend Ms. Joy, Axel, Ms. Lani and and Kuya Epok for their extra effort in providing us a pleasant stay and a good customer service. 2. I like that it has a beach front aside from the swimming pools.

1. Wrong type of flooring or tiles used at the ground floor (specially at the pool side area or walk area---- it's so slippery when wet due to swimmers coming in and out of the pool and beach area) 2. Hand railings, not sturdy. Stairs and walk ways are not safe for kids, adults and senior citizens alike. 3. No proper procedures for checking- in and checking out. ( I suggest that guests should be given wrist tags or bracelets for proper identification within the resort and facilities) 4. Food preparation and services takes 2 hours or more due to lack of manpower and systematic food order handling (regardless if it's peak season or not) . Thank goodness! All our meals are pre-ordered ahead of eating time. 6. Not enough food selection on the menu. 5. Breakfast is a chaos because of the long lines and nearly insufficient food for the guests. 6. Busted lights in the function room. 7. Entry to the resort is a challenge as well as the parking area. 8. There are areas that are left unfinished and waiting for accidents to happen. 9. No life guard or clinic. 10. Rates are over-rated. 11. Property facilities, cleanliness and management of the whole property needs improvement.

Very Good

Food was great! Although I need to suggest to add more choices for the free breakfast.

Our room was a bit dimmer compare to all the rooms of other resorts that we have stayed in Morong. Kindly change the TV set to a bigger one for the Deluxe room.

Very Poor

It is not worth a price what I paid for. The advertisement pictures online made the place looks very clean fresh and new. When my friends and I got there the place looks very dirty and our room is very dirty and my reservation says my rooms is with balcony and there’s no balcony. The swimming pool is very dirty as well and I saw there was a vomit floating around in that infinity pool. We are very disappointed to this place we booked for two nights and had to check out early morning just to get out asap to this strange place. Never recommend this place to anyone.

MOST HORRIBLE STAY! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE STRESSED!

refillable coffee, 4 viands - corned beef, egg, dilis and longganisa

The food is just so-so.Resort was full and the restaurant was crowded. We had to wait for more than 2hrs to get served & when it was finally served, it was the wrong dish which they still charged in our room so we still had to settle that upon check-out! When I checked-in the reception was swarmed with a lot of dripping wet guests outraging at the counter. They were furious about the hotel management for the lack of action/response to their requests & also the lack of water supply & power interruption. I had to wait longer to be attended to & checked-in! I would transfer to another property in a beat if this booking wasn't paid for. When I was finally entertained at the reception for check-in, they told me that the room I booked is no longer available & that there's only one room where they could all squeeze us in. However, on my way to the property I emailed them & someone confirmed that the booking is confirmed! They still charged us the difference of the room where they squeezed us vs what we paid for when in reality, it should've been a service recovery as it wasn't our fault that the room we booked wasn't available! They were over-selling the room where they transferred us & was saying this was supposedly exclusive to their boss as it was facing the beach. However, when we got into the room, it was dirty with all the lizard & cockroach poops all over the window! There were also mosquitos, it was disgusting! The shower had a huge window & anyone would be easily seen naked while showering, we had to improvise & cover it with towel. During our stay, the power also went out for a few times. There was a very loud show until midnight so we were restless until it has quieted down. There was no wi-fi & signal in the room as well. Check-out was also a nightmare. They wanted to offset the incidentals to the room charge that wasn't used without giving us change for the difference!

cleanliness , change the tiles it's too slippery put refrigerator, inside the rooms

On the poolsLike the I like the pools though I don't like the insects swimming on the pools. I like the beach though so many trash on the beach side.

1. No refrigerator inside the family room. 2. No water dispenser inside the family room. 3 . Lack of cleanliness in the family room as well as the entire beach resort. 4. No hot water inside the family room 5. The tiles very slippery
